All packages ordered online are shipped via FedEx and require a signature with proof of age upon delivery. Packages containing alcohol are not able to be redirected to locations like Walgreen to be held. Lost redirected packages will not be refunded or replaced.
Our first priority when shipping is the safety of the bottles themselves. We will do our best, when available, to breakdown and ship rum company provided boxes however we cannot guarantee their safe arrival. We are not provided with replacements and are not able to replace any that are damaged or provide any refunds.
